I don't know why but it says Alabama - I live in Louisiana. Nonetheless - I was lied to multiple times in regards to cashback- crypto and etc. I have waited days to hear back from someone and nothing. They bait and switch. When I first went to deposit - they tried desperately to upsell me. Like popped on my screen unannounced. Then I get a call from Mark G. offering the world. - He lied. I would just like what I was told I would receive and that 100% cashback. Thats all. However, they are theives- it's very apparent. They have clearly gotten the messages - today when I logged in to see if anything was changed - well they have removed all promotions from my account. I mean - Seriously - Seriously?

Dear br22484ja,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with Cocoa Casino.

Offering a 100% cashback deal may raise suspicion because it essentially means that you would get back all the money you've wagered if you lose. From a business perspective, this kind of offer is risky for the casino because it could potentially result in significant losses if many players take advantage of it. Casinos typically offer bonuses and promotions to attract players and encourage them to keep playing, but a 100% cashback offer might seem too good to be true, leading to doubts about the casino's credibility or the terms and conditions attached to the offer. It's always advisable for players to carefully review the terms and conditions of any promotion before participating to ensure transparency and fairness.

Moreover, if the 100% cashback offer was not communicated through official casino channels but instead came from a specific person or source, it adds another layer of suspicion. It's essential for players to remember to always communicate through official casino channels to ensure transparency and legitimacy in all transactions and promotions. Any offer that seems unusually generous or is not officially sanctioned by the casino should be approached with caution, as it could potentially be a fraudulent scheme designed to exploit players' trust. As always, reviewing the terms and conditions thoroughly and verifying the authenticity of any offer is crucial to protect oneself from possible risks or scams in the online gaming environment.

Have you tried communicating with casino customer support regarding the available cashback bonuses?

Have you received any terms and conditions from Mark regarding your bonus?

Could you please advise if you passed the KYC verification in this casino?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

Please see the attachments - I have no reason to lie or make up stories, Why? Because as you will be able to see in the attachments - This casino is great about narrating their own. For instance - Carol had not clue who Claire a VIP Manager was........Then there is the ambiguous management may change that......Its all stories.

Dear br22484ja,

I want to clarify that I never accused you of lying. On the contrary, I raised concerns about a questionable 100% cashback bonus offer you mentioned. This offer was presented to you by an agent using a private Gmail address, rather than official casino channels.

If you can't find this bonus listed on the casino's website or any accompanying Terms and Conditions, there's a risk of potential fraud. It's advisable to avoid depositing money solely to obtain a suspiciously lucrative bonus.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. Otherwise, I will need to close this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

I think more than anything - I just want others to be made aware of how diabolical and shady a man named Mark from Rival and others at the Cocoa/GoldenLady/Etc. Casinos. People get excited about these offers. I did. Only to be left disappointed. What they do is wrong. They should be called out for it. Wouldn't you agree?

I understand your disappointment. Whenever you encounter an offer that appears too good to be true, I strongly advise being cautious and thoroughly reviewing all connected Terms and Conditions. If you're unable to find sufficient information, it's wise to refrain from accepting the offer to avoid potential problems.

This complaint will now be closed. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
