The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal a week ago. It hadn't been received. The complaint has been resolved and the player received their payment.
I made a withdrawal of £500 over a week ago and had very little/next to no response from the casino regarding when I will be receiving my winnings, had an email on Thursday last week saying my withdrawal had been processed but it’s not actually been sent to my bank account yet. Sent several emails since my withdrawal was ‘processed’ but not had one reply since. This site is a massive SCAM and they need closing down asap!!!!!

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
Lastly, could you please confirm that your previous issue with the same casino has been resolved successfully?

Hi there,
it was via bank transfer. They said they’ve processed my withdrawal but then said on the email that they’re ‘working on it’ so they’re making no sense at all. I’ve had no response from them for 4 days now since they ‘processed’ my withdrawal and took the money out of my account. In regards to my previous complaints about this casino, no they never got sorted out either. Maybe I’m an idiot for using them again! I don’t think ill ever see that money!!
