The player from United Kingdom had his sports betting promotional winnings cancelled. We rejected this complaint as it was sports betting related and the player didn't respond to our message.
I have deposited £60 and been given a bonus of 50%. The sporting wagering requirement was x10, needing to betted on triple combination bets, each single needing to be 1.3 odds or higher. I followed these rules by making 10 bets of 90 pound. I have made 1335.40 but whenever i try to withdraw they reject my withdrawals. The live chat has given me several reasons why it has been rejected each time, always a different reason. Card details are wrong, theyre too busy to process it etc. Its got to the point when i think they are scamming me and im never going to be able to access my money. What shall i do?
