The player from the US was charged unexpectedly, and after the casino promised a refund, this wasn't yet processed. The player confirmed the issue was resolved.
In December 2022, 5 separate charges totaling over $4,000 were made by Casino Max vendors on my credit card. These were unauthorized charges. After a little encouragement the staff was initially helpful. They looked into it and confirmed with many apologies that these were "double charges" made by their "back end" processors, who would swiftly refund all charges. 2 months later, I still have not received this money back. I have contacted them countless times, always receiving a 100 reassurances that the money is on it's way. I have played there for years, and this is just a horrible way to treat a loyal customer.
