I used to like this casino, they have what looks like great bonuses, hourly and daily jackpots, and the site is nicely laid out. But, everything that makes them seem good is what makes them a great scam casino. Because once you've deposited you can kiss your money goodbye, no matter how much you think you've wagered and won. Talking to support will only bring you more disappointment. If they do reply to you it'll be days later, just to tell you they've sent your issue to another department who will get back to you, but they never will. If you email the "complaints" dept email found in the complaints resolution information, it gets posted in the same place that all your other messages are, and they'll all still be ignored or unresolved months and years later. There's no way to see your deposit history or your game history. So at least you can't see how much you've donated to these scammers because that might get depressing. There's really no point complaining via casino guru, this casino won't respond. And I can't find any evidence of a current licence, so there's no recourse once this casino has taken your money. The best you can really do is never play here again (if you already have). This casino really needs to be blacklisted, the way they are operating is nothing short of fraudulent.
DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING TO THIS CASINO! You will NEVER be able to withdraw anything, even after wagering complete.
Messages to support get ignored, or they say they've forwarded to another dept, and you never hear from them again.
What seems like positives, like their easy deposits and big bonuses, are just scams to steal your money because you can't withdraw from this casino.

I read a couple of reviews on the web with people complaining about there not being any chat available and that's my experience as well. I've played here but had some questions before wanting to deposit any further. They request you to leave a message. Many hours later I received a bonus offer but no response to my query. I'm not sure there is anyone actually there.
Update for anyone interested. It's been a week and I still have not received a response from this casino other than spam bonus offers. I can't imagine trying to verify or make a withdrawal here with this lack of communication. Beware.
