We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have also tried to contact the casino affiliate via Skype, hopefully we can get a reply before the timer is finished, which would mean we'll have to close this case as unresolved, resulting in lowering the casino's safety index.

I got my withdrawal 11015.

The money that they were supposed to give to my bank account was transferred to my gaming ID after 32 days. Later, I increased the amount of money by playing more games and withdrew 11015 Successfully.
