I've been playing at this casino for many years, and unfortunately, it's declined significantly in the last year or two. This is probably due to the multiple changes in ownership and licensing. I've experienced substantial losses at this casino, and after three years, I finally had a decent win! That's where the problem lies! While players do receive a portion of their winnings initially, the withdrawal process then becomes an ordeal! Players are constantly told to be patient and given incorrect information. Withdrawals are simply canceled by the casino or not processed for extended periods. They seem determined to make players gamble away their money again. As a top-tier VIP player, I won't tolerate this much longer!

I don't fully understand the negative reviews. I always read the terms and conditions first before playing. Verification took 96 hours, which was relatively slow. Payouts were made within 5 days, which isn't acceptable. The casino has declined so much within a year that I can no longer recommend it and advise everyone against playing there. After I didn't make a plus in the 1st welcome bonus, I took advantage of the 2nd and risked everything and in the end my balance was €340, it was verified and everything seemed to be going smoothly, then after 2 days I received an email saying I had forbidden slots Played in bonus and payout will be cancelled! Strangely, other casinos also manage to block slots that are not allowed to be played in the bonus and you can't get in at all, unlike at wunderwins you can play everything, you even win and then never do that again!
Habe nachdem ich im 1. Willkommensbonus kein Plus gemacht habe, den 2. in Anspruch genommen und alles durchgewagert und am Ende war meine Balance bei 340 € wurde verifiziert und es schien alles glatt zu laufen dann kam nach 2 Tagen eine Mail ich hätte verbotene Slots im Bonus gespielt und die Auszahlung wird abgebrochen! Komischerweise bekommen es andere Casinos ja auch hin Slots die im Bonus nicht gespielt werden dürfen zu sperren und man kommt gar nicht rein, anders bei wunderwins kannst alles spielen gewinnst sogar und dann das nie wieder!

The selection of games is good, but I can't recommend this casino, because at first I couldn't log in to the casino after my deposit. When I finally got in and happened to win a large amount of money, the withdrawal was extremely challenging due to poor communication and slowness. 5 days after the repatriation request, they asked for KYC documents, which took another 5 days to verify. In the end, after 12 days of waiting, the withdrawal is finally in my account. The casino is not a scam, but there are several better options out there.

I can't say anything negative about Wunderwins, quite the opposite, I'm very satisfied so far. So far I haven't had the feeling that something isn't going right here. It all started quite well when I spinned in Time Spinners and got a big win (almost 2000x). I played with a bonus and after this big win it felt like someone flipped a switch. For the next 10.000 Spins (to wager the bonus) my RTP varied between 50-70% in various slots (only played slots with an RTP between 96-97%). Didn't get a single big win anymore and the money just vanished basically.
While this might be just a huge unlucky streak it felt super suspicious, since the wins completly stopped after the big win and never came back for a total of 10.000 spins. Just as I said, feels like someone flipped a switch.
Welcome bonus appears to be decent though.
Luckily I was still able to fully wager the bonus and my withdrawal request is pending right now.
Will either add a star or remove one, depending on how smooth I'll receive my withdrawal.

New casino with good collection of provider. Technical issues with android phone, few slot not works, deposit end some error page. When i try to confirm my email, i get email where asking CHANGE my email... Four deposit, all gone extremely quickly so cannot anything about kyc or withdrawal. Clear design, large selection of slots, unfortunately sometimes very low RTP (91-92%) in some popular slots. Banned games with bonus money will not be blocked. If you accidentally play a prohibited game, ALL winnings will be confiscated, even if you have arithmetically more money in your account than there is to be wagered. Lack of tact and no customer friendliness! So I was denied a profit of €7400.
