The player from Portugal has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I did my first deposit (50euros) using skrill and i did choose to get the welcome bonus. It was some % plus some free spins and i got nothing (15/01/2021). So today, (17/01/2021) i contacted the live support and they told me that i won't get any bonus if i use skrill or skrill one tap to deposit. Well, the problem is that they don't warn the user that they won't get bonus if they use skrill. There is no warn mensage during the deposit and there's nothing in their T&c. I think it's this situation is not fair for the costumers since we expect to get something that we won't get because they don't give us that information !

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://casinoin.io/en/~/--/bonus-rules:


"When using Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, Qiwi payment systems, no deposit bonuses will be credited (including Welcome Bonus)."


Unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter.

I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Yes i did read the t&c trying to find that information and that information is not in their t&c document. I found that later at the end of the page, but it was after i did open this, so I'm sorry for that. But they also have "Bonus rules" in their promotions page when you select the bonus you want and i think they should add that information there too, it will be easier for the player. At this point it's just a suggestion for the casino, not a complain anymore. Best regards
