I deposited $50 twice they told me that I would be able to take out up to $278. I happen to win and you know went through the playthrough and put in for the deposit for $250. That was September 15th 2022. They won't give me a date that I'm supposed to get it they keep saying they're having issues. They refuse to pay me. I had to put originally just a $50 deposit. I went and talked to the chat room and the lady convinced me to deposit another 50 because that would guarantee me to win blah blah blah. I mean this to say it's been over 6 months now and they are not paid me regardless of me calling them texting them everyday emailing them they've never one time did the financial department get back to me. I talked to all different kinds of people they have a script I think that they're telling me because it's all is the same bs. I face the fact that I've lost the money I'm going to ask my Banks to a chargeback. I'm not sure if that's the possibility but it should be. Cuz I did not get services rendered. They're very short with me they don't answer sometimes. Unprofessional they need to be shut down point blank.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if it has been your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost six months is an abnormally long time.
