Hello, I've been waiting for my payment for a week. Played with a 100% bonus and met the turnover criteria. As with the other complaints, you always get the same excuses in the chat. The typical delaying tactic. I was told a maximum of 3 days. on January 17th I received the withdrawal request. Nothing happens. I didn't get a message for verification. Which is actually common. I've been in live chat every day so far. You said and also the terms and conditions, that's what they're there for and you should stick to them, yes there. And these say, maximum payout period 3 days! I even wrote to support. Also no reaction. Reputable casinos or groups such as the N! Group pays out within a few hours.
