The player from Canada stated that despite completing all the verification, his first withdrawal request of $1200 made in April 2024 was not processed. He was constantly told by customer service that they were having technical issues with the withdrawals, so he played away his balance. The player was convinced the site was a scam and warned other players. The complaint was rejected because the player did not respond to our requests for additional information and evidence.

First requested withdrawal was April 19-2024 for $1200. Asked about the withdrawal proceeding about 10 days later. Was told I needed to submit address confirmation. Did so and was accepted by KYC Hooyou program. Checked again as n status on May 6-2024 and was then told that they were having technical issues with the withdrawals. Told to check back in a couple days. This next time I asked the help agent if they had resolved the withdrawal process. Agent commented there didn't appear to be any issues and then he said he would check my account. Few minutes later I was asked to submit a screenshot of the withdrawal as he couldn't access my account . Was then told that they were doing xperiencing technical issues. This is now May14-2024. Was then told to check back again in a few days. I asked the agent why it was fine for the site to continue collecting deposits. Agent told me that deposits were being handled manually. A bit of a problem for the site but the agent said the deposits were being handled ok. I then asked why they couldn't handle my withdrawal in the same manual fashion. Was quickly told to check back again in a couple days again. Now I know the site is a scam and I'm not getting paid out regardless of all the playthrough rules and verification garbage I had to submit endless times. I gave up and played off the money in about 5 minutes knowing full well this site is a scam and to find out it's not licensed just adds to the drama of a corrupt site. Honestly if the site was reputable and not a scam it would have sent out emails to all players like they send out advertisements for new bonusesbthat the casino was having withdrawal issues. But it's just a learning experience and it would have been nice if casino guru would have had links to checkout obvious sites that are cheating players. But I know now and will tell players who rely on the ENCLAVE Registration site to think twice about depositing to these Casinos. Not that they are all as corrupt as Black Jack Casino but some license homework should be a first step before signing up because of wonderful deposit bonuses. Don't know how many of the ENCLAVE Casinos are unlicensed but I won't play another linked to ENCLAVE. Just a bit upset I got ripped off for under $500 in deposits and could have avoided the loss had I done a bit of homework for sure. Good luck players and AVOUD CAPTAIN BLACKJACKS CASINO. ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE AND WONT PAY A WITHDRAWAL ATTEMPT.

There is no mistaking the withdrawal attempt or the responses I received from the casinos help staff.My responses to the withdrawal and excuses of your live agents is all documented on the site. Nothing I stated about my attempts since April 19-2024 are manufactured. My opinions that this site is less than fair is a true realization after the numerous attempts to resolve what the casino staff referred to as technical issues with the withdrawals part of the site and for this supposed issue to last almost an entire month draws an opinion of additional credibility to Veronica,s reply on behalf of

CAPTAIN BLACKJACKS CASINO. Post our conversations to show the reality of what was said by your help Agents. My view of the Casino is based entirely on almost a month of lies by the staff who are likely directed to respond as they did.Dont blame casino help Agents as it's likely not lies they've just created but moreso a lie directed by others in higher roles.bVeronica has obviously not looked at the comments exchanged between myself and the various help Agents. I challenge this casino member to post some of my comments made with staff about the withdrawal that was never completed. The messages will show entirely that the casino had no intention of paying out the original $1200 withdrawal and then the reduced $500 withdrawal . Show Casino Guru and it's followers the multiple conversations I had and let the casino players view the truth about the credibility of this casino. I would also mention that many of the casinos listed with complaints about not receiving withdrawals are also linked by ENCLAVE which is a group of casinos using one company to qualify their casinos as supposedly fair. Yet why do so many of the casinos linked by this site ENCLAVE show up with so many complaints about withdrawals. Never a problem with deposits though. Veronica tell the site here another lie about my credibility as a regular player of many of the ENCLAVE linked sites. And btw Veronica I currently have another withdrawal pending on another ENCLAVE linked casino for over $550. Will that withdrawal get processed by the casino. Well I'll keep you informed on the status of that withdrawal without prejudice as it moves along the sites withdrawal processes. Veronica tell me if you can guarantee that the same thing doesn't happen to that withdrawal as the one I attempted from CAPTAIN BLACKJACKS CASINO. Let's wait and see and I will post updates on the timing and status of my withdrawal with the ENCLAVE linked casino. If necessary I can post the screenshot of the current withdrawal of $573 on the other linked ENCLAVE Casino. If it's determined that this other casino is not linked in any way to CAPTAIN BLACKJACKS CASINO then I will most definitely apologize to Veronica for the mistake that this new withdrawal is from a non linked partner or sister casino to Captain Blackjacks Casino. But I will most definitely post updates regardless on this current casino and it's withdrawal process. It would be careless and reckless of me not to post the withdrawal attempt and let other players make choices about this casino. Iam almost certain because the bonuses are almost identical in appearance and prices of the bonuses that this is a sister casino from the same group.Makes no sense that the casinos are linked through ENCLAVE and show almost identical offers and graphics to the bonus offerings and also the prices related to the bonuses. Just seems unlikely these casinos are separate entities from a business perspective. So for now we'll wait and see how this current withdrawal is handled and the process by this casino to pay or not paying will post as the process progresses. And again a big show of non confidence to Veronica the member from the currently active dispute about her casinos ability to process or not process a withdrawal in a timely fashion according to their own rules of withdrawal attempts.

Do check out ENCLAVE LINKED CASINOS. This will provide some guidance as you compare the various casinos listed and the similarity of the bonus offers of these casinos. UPDATE : sister casino withdrawals

As I expected after reading so many Casino Guru complaints I noted I had a $573 withdrawal approximately started one week ago. Well after completing a number of resubmissions for Hooyou the sites KYC operator I assumed I was ok as far as the withdrawal is concerned. Apperantly WRONG WAS my belief that my withdrawal could proceed. After filling out the form for international deposits I was sent an email a couple days later asking for information and this info was already included in the initial withdrawal. I was also asked to provide proof of address which is fine but at this point I honestly can't see submitting any further information to CLUB PLAYER CASINO as the tactics in proceeding with a withdrawal are very much so similiar to Black JACK CASINO in the close to a month episode of trying to complete a withdrawal. And CLUB PLAYER CASINO has less than positive reviews by Casino Guru Playersm

Next big question before I waste more time on what is likely an unpaying casino like the previous onbi mentioned. Does CLUB PLAYER CASINO carry a casino license from any list of countries requiring a casino license.

When I find out if in fact these casinos have no licenses I will update this site as well but I do need some advice from Casino Guru as to how I confirm the licences of these casinos or any casino for that matter as we all deposit with the belief we are playing on a more than credible site that will pay us off when we win.
