The player received a check from the casino but couldn’t use it to cash out his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Check was sent when they said it would be and arrived when they said it qould arrive. However - in depositing this check in my account, my creidt union told me it would take longer than normal to clear. 2 days later they called me and told me that they would returning the check to me as it is a "check block list"

The Casino customer service person said that they want something in writing from my credit union as rto why they could not cash the check.

Cafe Casino did not offer other option to me for payment, as i await a letter from my creidt union.
