The player struggled to verify his card as the casino was non responsive. After submitting the complaint, the casino got in touch with the player, his card was verified and the winnings were paid out after a month of waiting.
I requested a $300 withdrawal that was canceled as they haven't verified my credit card. They do not reply to emails and chat can do nothing to help. I have been waiting 4 weeks to get one card verified. I am already KYC verified. Really starting to think this place is a joke. All contact attempts by me have been completely ignored.

I have been KYC verified for quite some time. I used a different card and they wanted a copy of that and I have sent it back on Feb 26 which is the oldest email I could find. I have chatted them everyday and nothing. After I filed this complaint they sent me an email for the 1st time ever!!! They asked for the credit card which I sent again. The dumb thing is that in the email they sent me was an attachment of the credit card I sent them on Feb26? So they have had the credit card info this whole time. What a joke they are.

Nothing so far. More trash from them. No replying to emails etc. I sent in 3 more selfies with credit card. Should not be waiting 4 weeks for a payout. That's ludicrous.

Hey there I finally got it resolved today. However, I would not give this casino a perfect reputation. They are HORRIBLE. They do not reply to emails and the chat team is literally useless. I think now it's ok for me UNTIL or if I use another card because it literally took one month to get a card verified. Using crypto I don't have to deal with this but I dont always have crypto as I use it foe gambling. Anyhow they have not impressed me in the least bit. Thank you for looking into it.

I received my winnings after 1 month. These people are awful. They do not reply to email at all. Just the worst ever.
