The player from Florida had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player that withdrawals could take a couple of days or even weeks to process, and suggested waiting at least 14 days from the withdrawal request before submitting a complaint. The team also extended the timer for response by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, we were unable to investigate the matter further and had to reject the complaint.

Before I did a withdrawal I looked at the FAQ on bovada in five different pages it states that the process of withdrawal is for 24 hours for crypto. I was told by a few different customer service people that it was on first come first serve when it comes to the withdrawal and then I was told it was a case by case basis. After 24 hours I contacted customer service and they told me that was never processed that's why I never got my withdrawal. But the people I talked to before that person said that it was being processed and I would get it at 24 hours. So I was lied to I was misled. I don't know what it's supposed to do I cancel the withdrawal and resubmitted it and they keep telling me the same thing.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
