These guys are the worst casino you can possibly ever speak into existence! Not only are they rogue and have absolute zero customer service reps available at any given time of day, VIP that they have there is even worse. I’ve deposited more than 10k in the last week and when I asked for some spins I was told no. They have no idea what it means to appreciate the clients. They are rogue and should be blacklisted. Literally after I did get ahold of one of the only reps that I like there he took care of me and gave me a gracious amount of mbtc to play with and told me that I will win this next round. I did win and I now know that this place is manipulated and they definitely mess with the reels when your playing. Do not play here. If you want to lose money don’t play. We've seen much bigger amounts to be lost in the casino. It's the RTG, sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
