I withdrew my email transfer. I never added my phone number, not now, before, not ever. I figured that bitcoin casino or gigadat changed the administration procedures and someone made a mistake. The phone number on my profile is my phone number. Yes. The casino submitted my phone number by accident, not me. Can you convince someone atleast to provide me with my winnings and not the jackpot? It is still 1200 to 1300$

Yes I am fully verified and that is sort of the issue . They won’t explain why my phone number was added. Actually , they said they needed to add it as it is the number in my profile . I don’t know if I have photo of that comiunicstikn . But the agent went on tho say that it was not the casinos fault.

What I mean is, they will not take responsibility for adding my number to withdrawal.

There is NO way that adding the number to the withdrawal was my doing. Is my number in my profile ? Yes. Was it anywhere added to the withdrawal process by me? no.

The point is that they are the ones who cashed out to my phone number in error. Them or gigadat. I suspect it is them tho. And now they say they have done there their part and the rest is my responsibility. BUT I never requested a withdrawal to my phone number. So how is this my fault. I don’t know what account it went to. Just know it is not mine

I am a long time player and loyal. The cash out is officially closed and the out come is that I never received it. All they can say is that the phone number and email address was submitted for the withdrawal and because auto deposit was on for the phone, it went to the phone and that they did their part. But I will say this again, I never ever requested the withdrawal to my phone. Etransfer withdrawal means Email transfer. This is what I requested. I am so disappointed

I went over the details of the case, however, I might not see how we can assist you or ask the casino for any kind of resolution at this point, regardless of whether you initiated the withdrawal based on your email address, or phone number.

Since the payment provider of the casino sent the funds to Gigadat referencing your phone number there is nothing they can do in this matter.

I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, nevertheless we don't see any action we can take further to assist you.

We believe you should contact and try to resolve the issue with either Gigadat, the bank your funds were sent to, the bank account owner, or the police if you believe your funds were stolen.
