I made a deposit, actually many. They have a 30x playthrough before you can request a withdrawal. I met the 30x playthough, which was very struggling., but I did it. I had several thousand dollars in my account, so I requested a withdrawal. I jumped thru the hoops sending them all the information they requested, copy of my drivers license, copy of my credit card, copy of my utility bill. They said my request was approved, but I was only allowed to withdraw $300 per week, or $1000 max per month. So I request the $300 payout. Here it is 2 weeks later. They took the money out of my account. Then they put it back in, then took it out, then put it back in. 5 times they have done this, taking my money out of my account, but no payout in sight. They say they are having problems with their server.Righttttttttttttt. The BIG problem is, every time they put the money back into my account, they say they cannot make the payment to me, and they reset my playthrough back to 0 ! So they want me to keep playing and meet another 30x playthrough before I can ask for another withdrawal, when they cannot even make the first withdrawal I asked for! I have already met the 30x playthrough on the money I asked to withdraw. But they cannot make the payment, because they do not have the money to pay me. Also, each time they are taking out my withdrawal, they zero out my bonus money. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me by manipulating my account this way.Then, they cannot make the payment again, so they put the money back into my account without the bonus! I have lost thousands of dollars, with no payout in sight. Round and round and round, with no end. This company is a scam, a sham, and they are thieves!

When submitting your complaint on our website, you stated that you didn’t play with bonus money. Is that right? Because you are also mentioning playthrough, which is usually associated with bonus play.

Could you provide us with any proofs to support your claims in this complaint (screenshots of comunication, reseting etc.)?

I deposited $125. Their rules are, in order to withdraw any money, cash or bonus, you must play through your own money 30 times before asking for a withdrawal. They tell you in your account how much playthrough percentage you have met. I guess you have never played at billy bingo or any of the sites, because they are all basically the same. In other words, once you have played and spent $3750, you can withdraw. $125 x 30= $3750. So, I met the withdrawal. They took the withdrawal out of my account. Then they said they are having problems with their payment processor. So they put the money back into my acount. NOw this money has already met the 30 times playthrough. But they put it back into my account as if it was a deposit. AND, they started the 30 times playthrough all over again! GET IT? Then they took the money out of my account again as if they were going to pay me, and guess what?  Server problems. So they put it back in, and started the 30 times playthrough all over again. Over and over and over! they are a scam. Never payed me, and stole all my money! Now, after I complained many many times, they said they would reimburse my credit card, since they don't have the money to pay me, and blacklist me. So now they have locked my account so I cannot enter Billy Bingo, and just as I expected, no withdrawal, no credit card reimbursement, they won't even answer my emails. BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS AND SCAMMERS! 

   I reported  to my credit card company, and they closed my credit card because it seems Billy Bingo is contantly charging my credit card and stealing money! The credit card company is now investigating the company for theft, and credit card company has reimbursed me for all the charges from Billy Bingo, which erroniously says for advertising.

  So I warn everyone to stay away from this no good site!

  There is no way to send an attachment through this thing that I am typing on. At the top it says insert image, but my emails are not an image! I have many emails back and forth to billy bingo to substantiate my claim.

We completely understand how wagering works.  When you were submitting your complaint on our website, you stated into one of our questions that you didn’t play with bonus money. We just wanted to make sure which of your statements is correct (now, we are sure you played with active bonus). Could you provide us with any proofs to support your claims in this complaint (screenshots of communication with the casino, reset of wagering etc.)?

AGAIN, YOU HAVE NO WAY FOR ME TO SEND YOU EMAILS! I can tell you are not a legit sight! You just go round and round and round, with no end in sight. You must work for the bingo websites, because you are just repeating yourself, and I am just repesting myself. HOW DO I SEND YOU EMAULS???????? No attachment available here on your site! I will go somewhere else with my complainty, as you are a scammer just like billy bingo!

No, that is why I made the complaint. They lied to me saying they would refund, then they locked me out of the site with no response, no more emails. Poof, they dissapeared!

I see that you copied and pasted the same complaint that you posted on Latest Bingo Bonuses, we responded to them on a timely manner.

Again, lies from Billy bingo. Billy Bingo has not tried to contact me, absolutely no emails from Billy Bingo. Billy Bingo never responded to my emails. I am right here. Email again! You have my email address. Better yet, just hit respond to my last emails that you never responded to. I have sent Billy Bingo many emails. No response from Billy Bingo, AND you locked me out of my account.

I had been corresponding to Laura, the site manager, by email. I sent them all to you.  The last email from her, which I sent to you, said they will check into the matter. That was 6 weeks ago. She never emailed me back.  Then I sent her an email asking what was the status? She did not respond. I sent her another email asking what was my withdrawal status? Again, no response. So I tried logging into my account, and I was locked out. No emails, No messages on my voicemail.

What this member is saying is not true at all. This member first did a withdrawal for $500 via check and the player told us that her bank didn't accept checks so we had to stop the payment on the check. 

 

Then the player did a MG withdrawal that MG rejected (we have no control over this) so we had to resubmit the MG withdrawal back in. This does not add onto the wagering. On October 30th this member emailed me threatening to do chargebacks so we refunded back her deposits that she made in October which was $695.

 

This member has not spent thousands of dollars in deposits as she said. Her lifetime deposits are $1460 and we have refunded $695 so that brings her total deposits to $765 This member has also done 2 chargebacks that we just received this month in the amount of $220 so this means we are out of more money because we had already refunded her.

 

If she would have waited for us to get the MG issue fixed for her she would have received her money but once someone threatens us we initiate the refund immediately and close the person account. Since this person did a charge back I can disclose any information you require like screenshots of her history to prove she is just trying to make us look bad. Just let me know and I will send it to you.

Escuses, as always. They did everything to not make my withdrawal. They were never going to make a withdrawal. Only excuses why they cound not make the withdrawal. Excuses for one month. Then they kept adding the withdrawal money back into my account, then stealing it again out, then back in. It was neverending! Then they said it had been one month since I made a deposit, SO I cound not withdraw! Scam company, please do not play here!

Unfortunately, we’re forced to reject this case because the player did the chargebacks.
