The player from the United States is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his No Deposit bonus winnings. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
I received an email stating that they had added $8 into my account as a free reward. I gambled the $8 reward and in the end turned it into $116.43. I attempted to withdrawal, but, there's nowhere on the site to initiate a withdrawal whatsoever. I opened tickets explaining the situation. Never heard back. It seems that Bingo Billy is a straight up scam site.
