when i requested my withdraw i had a message saying it was successful so i waited for my cheque to arrive and when it didnt i went back to the site and then i seen it was rejected so i got ahold of the casino help support and they wanted proof of identity so i sent it but apparatly they just never got it and i sent it through fax from the number they gave i even sent it through email and also through a link they provided me and after all this they still said they never got it and then my 30 days to make that withdraw expired and now they wont let me withdraw after i met the 30x wagering requirements. I feel lied to and ripped off. they wont let me make my withdraw before or after expiry.

hi i dont quite understand what link you want but i have met all the wager requirements and during the process of them wanting my identification,  they delayed it past the 30 days needed to make a withdraw and now i am unable to make that withdraw cause of them saying they never got my personal info after i sent it to them several times.  i  have sent you the records of my communication and if you would like them resent as the original ones were not complete but i  recopied them in completion.  I also sent a screenshot of the proof that i have met the wager requirements and i can resend that too if you like  I have made deposits to bingobilly in the past. I am able to get all my play records but that will take some time to copy everything cause its a lot of pages.

i just wanted to make clar that this winnings was not from my bonus alone as i made a deposit and was winning from that before i even got to spend my bonus but either way i still had to meet the 30x wager requirements whether i spent the bonus money or not and i met those requirements and then some

when i first requested a payout everything was fine and seemed like it was going to happen without any problem but then when they kept saying to me they have not recieved my personal identification when i even used the link they suppled to me to send it then thats when all the problems started because after all the delaying then the 30 day limit to withdraw has passed and then that made my payout  time expire,  therefore i am now unable to get my payout cause 30 days have passed since my last deposit and they are telling me i wuld have to make another deposit and meet the wager requirement all over again but i am unable to make any deposits cause i have more than 200 dollars in my account that they refuse to release to me.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
