I deposited 100 plus received 500 in bonus money. I played through my 100 cash and then played bingo with bonus money, since you cannot play slots with it.  As I won from bingo, I would play the slots again. I won 6734.48 playing slots. There was a balance of 267 on bonus monies left. I did meet their requirement of playing though not only my 100 dollar deposit, but also the bonus money amount (30X), then I placed a withdrawal for 1000 per their monthly withdraw limit and I am waiting for that to be processed.

 

I have read their policy where you must make a deposit within 30 days of winning and the max amount of withdraw per month is 1000, plus the 30 fee.  

 

That is not the issue.  The issue is - the remaining balance - 5734.48 will "expire" if I do not make a deposit within 30 days.  I will be able to keep the money as bonus money (playable but not withdrawable).  

 

BUT I cannot make a deposit because my balance is over 100 dollars,,,, so it is a circle where I cannot abide by their policy and still collect my winnings.

 

How can I comply with their policy of withdrawing a 1000 per month, only if I make a deposit, if my balance is over 100?

Hello Loreen.

I spent some time on their website, and I need to say I would like to meet a person who wrote that T&C's. I have seen a lot, but this is something.

I contacted their live chat and got some information. (live chat is working well, and the support guy was skilled and helpful)

If you contact them (create the ticket), they will set your account, and you will be able to make a deposit (you can't forget to deposit minimum is $30, and I would do it every 29days, just for sure) It will take seven months but you should be able to withdraw all your winnings.

I only don't understand why the withdrawal was not processed. Did you contacted the casino via live chat and asked?

Yes - I have contacted everyone - the problem with the deposit every thirty days, is the winnings I won on the deposit of April 2nd are only good for 30 days.  After that - they expire.  Regardless of a new deposit or not.  Once the new deposit is made, then I have a 3.5 or 30x play through, and I can only withdraw monies won from THAT deposit.  

 

Even if they offer to "take my current winnings out of my account and hold them until I go through my new deposit and playthrough" they have a policy on expiring funds from a previous deposit.

 

"Members need to make sure they have a deposit on file for the past 30 days to be able to withdrawal. If your balance is above $100.00 and we help you make a deposit and your deposits are expired (past 30 days from previous deposit) you will only be able to withdrawal winnings that came from that deposit that we helped you make

 

All other winnings before this deposit become void. Which is what you have won while the deposit was "active". You can only withdrawal funds from the winnings that came from an active deposit.

Thank you - I am glad someone else can see what I see.  I will be able to get two 500 withdraws before the end of this month and the end of my 30 days from my last deposit.  I will be ahead and do not want the stress - but I will take heed and not waste my money here.  And warn others as well.

Out of the 5000 plus I only was able to cash out two 500 checks. I did not want to follow their unfair policy of having to deposit, play 30x that deposit plus any bonus money. This policy states that only winnings from the new deposit can be cashed out and all other winnings, 30 days or older will remain playable, but not able to be cashed out.

Loreen they assure me that you should be able to cashed out all of your winnings. They wrote you something where they changed their mind or where is the problem?

its done and over - they never told me anything about cashing out entire balance. They said as long as follow deposit rules I could cash out winnings - meaning deposit every 30 days and play through 30x cash and deposit.

based on your conversation with Arthur above it would take 5 plus months - i have so much more than to spend time playing their game.

I am very sorry for the negative experience. You tried it, but I understand that you are tired with rules which have no sense and cannot be found in any standard casino. We consider this rules as highly predatory, and I need to say (and I am not saying this often) that when I checked this terms of casino/bingo, I was shocked that some rules like this exist.

Do you need to take a bonus always when you make a new deposit? Because I think all you need to do is make a deposit, refuse the bonus and make a withdrawal which is not so much time-consuming.

We didn't hear back from Loreen, and from her last message, we assume that she give it up.


Because of the very unusual nature of this complaint we consider this complaint as unresolved with classification: "Against Fair Gambling Codex"
