The amount won has been collected in cash, 500 e was transferred to the game account even though the withdrawal had already been approved, and be coming to the account? .. the customer service should have given a code with which I can verify the withdrawal sum, something in that job went wrong! ... the money is gone and they say but that the withdrawal has been canceled or deceived? .... when is the money in my account?
