Seung, a player from South Korea, won quite a big amount on a live baccarat game and managed to withdraw. Later, he was informed that the casino’s risk management team set his betting limit under $1. The player is not satisfied with approach of the Bet Sensation Casino.

I sign up this Casino at Dec. 25, 2019.

I deposited USD2,000 and played Baccarat live Casino game.

 

When My balance reached USD4,060, I requested to withdrawal USD3,000.

Since then, I could not play live Casino game because my betting was refused every time.

 

I contacted Bet Sensation on the live chat and asked why I could not playing live baccarat game. They answered, as risk management team set my betting limit under USD1, Therefore, I could not play live casino game any more and they said I can play only Sports bet.

 

One more thing I want to point out is free spin.

I played 20 free spin and earned USD2.60. However I can not play with USD2.60 because they set the slot game unable. I recorded this situation for reference.

 

My problem is not related with withdrawal problem. I want to share Bet Sensation how to manage their casino and customers.

I don't know what is the multiple access. I have played games with my desk top PC in my house.

Let me tell you why the company has restricted from you to place bets. Our company does not explicitly allow players to have multiple access and place bets from one account or one IP address. (Refer to General Terms and Conditions, 12.3)

The reasons for these terms and conditions are to prevent one player's account from being shared with others or to prevent your personal information from being leaked or exposed to others. You can always claim that you are the one who had multiple access and placed bets. However, due to the nature of online, the company does not know exactly, thus we do not allow players to place bets through multiple access.

Most of our terms and conditions are focused on protecting players or preventing fraud. For this reason, if you feel inconvenient at a certain point, you may not use our service.

Hello Seung.

 

Unfortunately, we’re forced to reject this case. Even you don't like the casino limiting your bets, they have a right to decide whose bets they accept.  

 

Fortunately,  you can find a lot of casinos that have a better rating on the Casino.Guru website than this casino, so you may try one of them.
