I won and requested a $500 withdraw to my cash app account. Was told I needed to send money to verify my account which I did. Then was told needed to send 5% of requested withdraw as processing which I sent $25 it was accepted and withdraw marked as complete.

The problem starts when I’m told by customer service rep that my deposit would be in my cash app account anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 hours. It’s been over 72hours and now they refuse to actually send the winnings or refund my monies.
