i have verificate my account , i have more than 10 deposits . this is my first withdraw . see photo of account verified . i feel surprised because at you or other companies players says instant withdrawals , here you wait with days .

maybe they have bought reviews.they have good web design , good odds not highest but good at all,i felt so happy playing and making a little profit with them. i havent used bonus. but they arent happy when a player wins and paying out should not be disscussion to a player that has lost 10’deposits and is trying to make one withdraw.

account is fully verified about 4-6 months ago , on date 26.12.2022 , because after i register the first thing i do at casino ask how to fully verify my account . i have done more than 10 deposits , this is my first withdraw. and they are delaying it with purpose not to pay my money !

i ask help from you because i have requested to withdraw 5000 euros , their limit and have also 1918 euros left in account .

these are my first deposits 7 months ago.as you see by date on 24.12.2022 account was verified by them.
never ever have used a bonus by them .

update : they asked adress proof . i send it and they approved . i also send them my work proof .
now they say, again 5 days wait . maybe in end of 5 days they will ask also sth else. they are upset when players wins after , lost 10 deposits from december 2022 , this is my first withdraw.

As already mentioned, you have to wait 2 weeks for a payment to be processed and as your first withdrawal got rejected due missing verification documents, you have to go through the whole process again.
