The Player from Latvia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as delays could occur due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. The team had extended the complaint timer by 7 days to allow the player to respond, but the player did not reply. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

Hello. The casino has not withdrawn funds for 4 days. At first they promised to wait up to 4 days and now wait again. This is not the first time that funds have been withdrawn from this casino
