The player from Argentina had her Betfair account closed and despite having provided her bank details for a refund, her money had not been returned. The player, who predominantly engaged in sports betting, had opened her account on July 15th and it had been blocked on August 1st. We learned that the casino had informed her of the account closure via email and had promised a refund by the end of September.
