hello, i made a deposit in this casino using visa method but when i try to make a withdrawal the visa is not available and live help are saying at present this is not available in your region and it will be available again but they will not tell me when. surely this is not right that they can take money from your visa but not have it available to withdraw. im sure noone checks the withdrawal page before making a deposit. i would appreciate if you could find out more for me please. thank you.

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation and contracts with the payment providers, all have a major influence. Have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino? Hi yes i was speaking with live help who wernt very nice. There are plenty of other methods for withdrawal but none of them i can use only visa as that is my banking. I think it very unfair to take my money from visa and not have the option to use it for withdrawal. I will not be using this casino ever again.

As my colleague Petronela said a variety of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation and contracts with the payment providers, all have a major influence. So you need to communicate about this issue with the casino and try to choose another witdrawal method.

As i said there is no other option that i can use as i only have visa, therefore i have lost out on over €2000 euros.

hello, i blew it all as i had no way of withdrawing it as i only use visa. i just think it unfair that a casino offers visa for deposit and not for withdrawal. how many people check the withdrawal page before making a deposit.
