I submitted for withdrawl on Aug 23rd they continually say they have not received my verification paper work. I've sent it to them at least 4 times. Weeks will go by i won't hear any word unless I bug them. I'm not getting the emails bounced back and have confirmed that I'm sending them to the right place. I won the money on their initial free bonus offer and made the requesite 25 dollar deposits. Since then haven't played at the casino so I don't mess up the withdrawl. The withdrawl is for bitcoin shouldn't take that long but they are dragging out the verification processs.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

They say they haven't got the documentation I've Been sending. They finally got back to me today to say it's been forward to compliance and I should hear within 3 days. I've gone through other verification process and this is by far the longest.

They asked for my PayPal card front and back which I sent but realized I paid with a online key. So I sent them an edited picture of that. Curious what they'll. Say

They sent me back an email titled security documents accepted. I'm not sure if that means they got them or I've been verified. I asked if my withdrawl would be processed. No reply yet as 9f yet.

Your documents have been approved it can take anything from 5 -18 business days for your withdrawal to be processed.

So I guess now I just wait 5-18 days. Tthoug their cuatomer service and communication isn't all that great. They made me do all the contacting for example I didn't get an email when I submitted the withdrawl. Few days I had ro contact a live agent to find out what the next step

I got an email from them asking for a credit card I made a deposit with them week ago. And a repeat for a card I already sent them. I sent the new card info in bit have heard nothing about the payment yet.

This is ridiculous I got a message stating. My documents have been approved and it'll take 5 to 18 days. I got a similar message on October 3rd. The new deposit with a different card shouldn't effect the wothdrawl request I made Aug 23rd. But it seems they used that to reset the clock.

Unfortunately when adding a new payment method, is it like starting from over again as you have to verify it again. Please let us know within then time frame they gave you if the money has arrived or not.
