Good day

I have made a deposit and played it thru, then i redeemed a weekly depositers bonus and payed that thru as well. Then i took my comp points and redeemed it. It was R9 something. And as far as i know comp points are same as cash.ok but i have played that thru as well and my balance was zero. Then i won the lobby jackpot of a 1200 and something, which i played and won At the end 3200. Now the casino reject my winning payout. I am verry unhappy.
