Hi guys, this is the second time I’m writing about this casino. I am currently waiting on £13,500. The maximum withdrawal from this site is £500 per transaction. I finally received my first withdrawal into my bank account 6 days ago after waiting close to two weeks even though they advertise withdrawals 2-3 days. This time I have withdrawn £500 a week ago and now the pending withdrawal has disappeared but the money hasn’t gone into my bank account. So effectively I’ve lost £500 out of my account and haven’t been credited into my bank account. Thanks guys this casino site is really stressing me out.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account.
When exactly did you request the withdrawal? Could you please send me a screenshot of your withdrawal history?
