However, he ran into an issue where his location couldn't be verified when he tried to withdraw his funds. We asked him to provide proof of his verified status and the error message he received during withdrawal. Despite multiple reminders and extensions, the player did not respond with the requested information. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I have been add money from my debit card and I finally won some money. I the tried to make a withdrawal and that was unsuccessful. I am still trying to get a hold of them!

yes my account was verified…and I did use real money to make my deposit…on many different occasions. Iv never been able to contact the casino so iv never gotten a chance to speak with them! I kept on playing and I’m now down to 200usd in my account..
