I had a very frustrating experience with Mr.Bet, primarily due to how verification and withdrawals are handled.
Before requesting my withdrawal, my account was shown as fully verified, and support confirmed that no additional documents were required. However, after the initial 48-hour withdrawal window had passed, I was suddenly asked to provide additional verification documents.
I submitted everything promptly, including a full bank statement. Over the following days, my documents were repeatedly rejected for inconsistent reasons. At one point, I was even asked to record a video of myself opening the original email from my bank and uploading the document directly, which I did.
After complying with this request, I was then told that the 48-hour verification window would restart from that moment—even though it was the exact same document that had already been under review for several days and was only re-submitted at their request.
At this point, the verification process has been ongoing for over five days, far exceeding the stated 48-hour timeframe, with no clear resolution or timeline provided.
This process feels unnecessarily prolonged and lacks transparency, especially given that I confirmed my verification status in advance and complied immediately with every request.

I like the games, I like the bonuses of this casino but if you want your winnings I would not deposit in this casino because I have a big win in my account right now and it's been since last Friday and they still haven't even sent me an email to start the process. Everything I read online is that people are having the same problems they never get past the verification stage and what they're hoping is that you spend your winnings in the account before you give up waiting.
Also if you win big like I did the max withdrawal you can get weekly is $7,500 to a total of 21500 a month so if for some miraculous reason I do get my winning it's going to take them 5 and 1/2 months to pay me.

I left a lot of money there and was recently lucky enough to turn 3 euros into over 100k...it went incredibly well with the free spins. Because I also took a break in between and was informed that the money was still in my account. As I said, turn 3 into 100k. It's a calculated move to encourage the player to deposit more money if I lose, so that I can see how quickly I can make a lot of money.

Bad casino, they delay payments. First time I played they pay me out and second one they ask me to verify my address. I send them all my legal documents issued from the goverment but they rejected it 3 times saying that is bad picture, then that I have to take live picture, no screenshoots, then that they cant verify my address. All documents were goverment issued. So I was waiting my second payout for 7 days and then on the 8th day I lost it. Now is 10 days and they still didn t verify it. So run away from them. They are scammers.

Don't deposit here. They take forever to send you a verification link, their live chat is robotic and scripted. When you do finally get to uploading your documents they make you jump through hoops declining documents to stall some more time.
