I have been waiting over a week for a withdrawal payment and nothing. When I first started I received a few within 24 hours and customer service would respond. Now I have contacted them several times through emails and chat and they do not respond. I’m starting to believe they are scamming and I’m not the only one who have not received payment.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No I did not filed a claim with my bank they sent all my money I put in back and blocked me. FYI.. it’s many more ppl they are doing this too. They will not pay what you win and only if u file a claim they will give it back and block you.

We noticed that this casino is an app. I apologize, but we are not able to proceed with complaints unless the casino has an official website, because we have no option to add a casino like this to our database. Therefore, even if you didn't request chargebacks, we wouldn't be able to help.
