I am tired of these scams. I have never put in a Bonus Code EVER. I get offered 'Cashback' (which I didn't ask for) and then they proceed to confiscate my winnings since it was labeled a bonus. The false advertising, tricks, odds to where you can't win with any of these bonuses. All these bonuses do is protect these Casinos from having to pay out big under the false perception that you are getting something great. I have literally deposited thousands and they confiscate 3,000 over a 30 dollar "Cashback Reward" which I would have deposited anyway. Funny how I go on a heater when they know they won't pay out

Pardon me. Yes, i would like to continue. The explanation I was given is that 'cashback' is considered a bonus (although that was never disclosed to me in the offering...an offering I never requested). There is a 10x payout limit which I exceeded by a large amount. The additional frustration is that I deposit far more than the "cashback" I received. It just happened that that the 'cashback' of 30 dollars they gave me between deposits turned into about $3,000. And even more frustrating was that I had 3 different withdrawals over 2 days to get to that amount...they linked all the winnings back to that $30.

Yes...I suppose my biggest issue was the misleading information. I never had applied or requested bonuses as I am aware of the payout limitations. I was offered "Cashback" and the term bonus was never used. I received $300 for the $30. The frustrating part is that I deposit quite often and would have either way. Frustratingly, the email communications were not very productive, mostly me going on a rant. This below is the email that lured me in. Hope you enjoyed your vacation, thanks.

I am sorry, but as I explained previously, cashback is still a bonus, therefore bonus rules apply. If the casino paid the winnings in compliance with the bonus T&Cs, I am afraid there is not much we can do.
