As per casino request we reopened this complaint:
Casino additional message: We have checked your account and from our logs we can see that the winnings you have made were with a no deposit free spins. According to our bonus Terms and Conditions we have to inform you that winnings with free spins received without making a deposit in the last 7 days, are limited to a maximum of €20 and if there is a remaining balance, it is being waived.
Due to lack of activity on your account a deposit was required on your side, and after you have made this deposit we have processed your withdrawal on 22nd of July in the amount of €20.
The funds must have reached your account already and we would kindly ask you to confirm this.
