The player from Brazil would like to close their account. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the General T&Cs and I found this:
"5.12 You may request that Your Account be closed at any time. We will act on an email from a Player’s registered email address."
Therefore, I would recommend that you contact the casino directly with this request.
