I have a theory about casinos that don't make responsible gaming tools available. If a casino doesn't make it easy, it's because they don't have the best interest of the player in mind, which then should give a person pause before assuming everything else is run ethically. I played, had some luck, made a modest withdrawal and then decided to take a week long break. According to their terms and conditions this is as easy as contacting support and they will happily oblige, so I decided to test that. I've been here before with this particular brand, so I contacted chat who said no problem BUT your "VIP" agent will get in contact with you we can't do anything.

Needless to say this didn't happen other than my "VIP" agent sending me an email offering bonuses. I just have to contact him via WHaTSapp! Yay! I've dealt with this kind of thing too many times so after two days of following up with chat and challenging the notion that they "easily offer responsible gaming tools because they care so much about their customers" the chat agent finally agreed my request had been clear and ignored so he manually blocked my account. For a week I thought, but no. Turns out if I want to unblock the account I need to write a detailed letter explaining why I wanted to "close" my account and do I take responsibility for my gambling. As if my request to take a week break and block my account, that was ignored, demonstrated that the problem was me.

Obviously I'm not going to bother with this casino any further. Places like this put on a facade of fairness and integrity, but when it comes down to it, they want you to keep playing no matter what, because they know eventually you will lose. I was already fearing the worst, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Firstly, the casino offers very good bonuses with no winnings limit of 200% or more (on my first and second deposits). Secondly, I received my winnings just 20 minutes after requesting them on the Saturday night into Sunday, including a KYC document verification. Caution – payout is delayed, support is no longer responding!

Unfortunately, I can only advise against playing at this casino. I requested a withdrawal – since then, customer support has repeatedly put me off. My case has supposedly been forwarded to the finance department, but no one there seems to have responded. Every inquiry is met with standard platitudes ("We ask for your patience," "It's being processed"), but a concrete solution or a timeframe? None.

The support team seems overwhelmed or disinterested, and escalation seems to be of no interest to anyone. Everything seems increasingly dubious and opaque. Very disappointing – as a player, you just feel like you're being kept waiting.

I never received a deposit to my casino account but funds were withdrawn from bank account by card and were not refunded.Provided requested pdf form of proof of withdrawal but because I had edited and covered my own personal details like account number and amount of funds in my bank account which were not required by them they would not accept the Pdf.I don't see why all my transactions for a month and a months statement was requested.
