Made a withdrawal on the 13th of April. Went through all the KYC verification. Haven't been a time on when withdrawal will be completed. I just keep getting the same generic answer your withdrawal is been looked at it, it will take some more time , please be patient, it will be soon. It's the same answer every time. No update from anyone after a few emails sent also. Have seen reviews here and it's making me very nervous.

I've done a withdrawal for 500 and it was immediately approved. I'm going to withdraw the 1500 now and see if that will be approved. I got notification or anything that my verification was completed either. So I'm not sure of the situation with this withdrawal
