Good evening I am to report the incorrect behavior of the casino in question. Following the terms and conditions indicated on the site, to date they have not yet proceeded to pay the withdrawal. The terms specify WITHIN 3 Business Days from the date of the request. I made a request on Wednesday 27 January at 20.50 GMT To date, 01 February at this time no payment has yet been made. (THE TERMS INDICATED BY THEM HAVE EXPIRED). This morning I sent an email to ask if they wanted to pay (since you don't necessarily have to arrive at the last minute) and they wrote to me referring to the terms and conditions. I have read about similar behavior from them on TrustPilot. I paid with a Mastercard and received nothing. I also point out the decidedly rude behavior of customer support in which even a customer care employee literally wrote "we take it easy".

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi I got the money this morning. However, I inform you that the reason why I received them is related to my negative review on trustpilot. If I hadn't written, I wouldn't have received the money. Furthermore, I inform you that no checks and no documents have been requested of me
