The player's bonus was not credited due a higher deposit amount request. The complaint was rejected as the player lost his money which he wanted to refund.
so after depositing minimum amount to redeem YABBY133 I WAS DENIED AGAIN STATING THIS!
I REACH out to chat saying what the red writing suggested in above screenshot and was told I have to deposit 50 dollars...
The only reason I deposited is because all I had to do was deposit minimum which is 10..
I then asked Yabby chat and emailed Yabby support to send me policy and terms and proof of this 50 dollars and their responses were this
CHAT written up...no hardcopy of some made up terms mind you it took them at least 40mins to send some terms but it's not a link or official

If there was nowhere written that the minimum deposit would be $10, it would be hard to prove that you are right and you are eligible for the bonus. I would definitely contact the website where you did get the bonus code from as they should be responsible for providing all the relevant information regarding the bonus. Could you please advise if you did contact them already?

Unfortunately if you have already lost the money there is nothing we can do. If you would have contacted them immediately after not receiving the promotion it would be a much different case as you would still have the money on the account which you would like to refund. If you have lost it then you have lost it, there is no way back.
I'm really sorry that we could not help you in this case but it would be possible only under different circumstances. The complaint will be now closed as rejected.
