I've deposited the past 90 days about 15k. I mentioned that I was watching the percentages and recording my gaming because there was a time they didn't let me win at all and they even admitted the wins were at 7% instead of the 91-92% wins they claim their games have. February alone was about 10k and I won one time. 600 dollars. I told them I knew for a fact they changed the settings and gave them videos and everything. I want a refund, even if not all I still want my money back because it isn't fair gaming. I even complained 2 times on their terms and heard nothing back. It is so obvious and it's theft and I want my money back. I've repeatedly asked and they give me a crap free chip. No. I don't want that I want my money back for the percentages being so low that they won't even send me their numbers to compare.

this is why I mentioned the percentage of wins. They wouldn't even send my plays to compare but the game was no where near the 90 percentile, let alone 92-97%

The RTP is counted for overall for every player. Some may be lucky and some not and even if you would win only 50% of all games, it still does not mean the RPT is 50% as it us based purely on luck. Without any game logs of further evidence we can't really investigate the case further.
