After a long process of verifying my account I finnalky received and email stating that the account has been fully verified and I may proceed to withdraw instantly. I submitted the withdrawal request and then boom, was told I need to make a verification deposit of R200. Now I am stuck, cause I do not know when I will get the R200 deposit since I am unemployed. I do not underatand why the deposit is required cause the account was successfully verified. It's been almost a month trying to get my winnings with no luck. Please help.

The deposit is mostly required when you want to withdraw to a method never used before and the deposit serves as verification of the method. Can you please advise what method did you use to deposit and what to withdraw?

The winnings were accumulated through free spins and the only withdrawal platform the casino has is Crypto and Lethereum. The only possible platform for me is doing a bank transfer.

Why isn't it possible for you to use crypto withdrawal? Unfortunately, players have to chose from the casino's available methods. It would be a much different case if there would be zero methods available. As long as they provide a method, there is nothing we can do.
