This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Hello, the problem is that they don’t confirm my withdrawal. Its not a huge amount either. I have all my verfication in order and this also happened last time. This is an e-wallet withdraw, and that never takes this long. Other sites like Coolbet and rizk take MAXIMUM 6 hours. I’ve waited 3 days for it to become approved, despite having all my verification in order.
