Hello, I have made a withdrawal request of 1000€ on 28/1/2022. It is still not been processed. I have sent 2 emails, one to the payments department and one to the info department but till today I have had no response. 

I have on my balance still 4000€ for withdrawals but the system doesn't let me even request them because the first withdrawal hasn't been confirmed. The live chat doesn't respond to anything just giving me emails. Also as it seems my acc is fully verified

Did you accumulate your balance with bonus or real money? If with a bonus, did you complete all the wagering requirements of it? What kind of e-mails are they sending to you? Did they ever respond anything regarding the withdrawal?

It is common that a withdrawal may take longer if it's the first one and specially if you played with a bonus as the casino have to check if you did everything by the terms of the bonus.

Hello nick and thank you for your interest. I played with bonus 100% 100€+100€. I completed the wager requirements. They send me almost everyday mails with bonuses. I only managed to speak with livechat but they didn’t help they just gave me mails of some departments of the casino but those departments haven’t replied till today.
