I have always played with a 250% code on this site every time a withdrawal was approved. and this time I'm allegedly violating the terms and conditions? Somal with a friend who uses the same codes a payout was approved 2 weeks ago

Bonus codes from another partner are always a welcome bonus or first deposit bonus.
According to our Bonus terms, paragraph 12.14 "Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked". Wildpharao.com management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior."
All the bonuses from mentioned list are welcome bonuses and taking more than one of the is Bonus terms violation. Technical possibility to enter several codes of such type does not mean that Bonus terms can be violated.
And how can it be that cashouts are approved for other streamers and normal players? What was the case with me, too, had a cashout with a 250% bonus and that wasn't the first code.
I'm not allowed to pay in, but I can't pay out.. I can give the casino 500 euros every month..

esche1488, I am sure you understand that the name 'welcome' or 'first deposit' bonus clearly indicates that such offers should be used when you start playing in the casino. But what kind of eibe logic is that if you can deposit and then not even have the chance to pay out? Every streamer and almost all my friends are still playing with the bonus.. everyone has played between 20 and 50 times and with regular cashouts.. between 300 and 2000 euros, which was the case with me too, I already have this one bonus paid. When you make a deposit, it says "Special Bonus" just like with any other bonus. There was never a hint that you don't have the possibility NOT to pay out with this bonus money..
And I don't see any goodwill here, but that is already fraudulent behavior to dismiss one's paragraphs as a kind of technical error..
Even if the cashout then violated the terms and conditions, why were other cashouts approved? Or not after 3, 4 or 10 times telling me HELLO your bonus violates the terms and conditions.. no my money was kindly accepted and i never had the chance to pay out my winnings.
I have also written several times to the support for older payments and asked if everything is ok with the payment. And it always came back Yes with the payout and your account is ok.
Or why is the bonus credited when the terms and conditions say "29.If you use a voucher code for a promotion you are not eligible for when making a deposit, you will not receive the bonus."...
And in that case, according to Wild Pharaoh, I have no claim to the bonus.
My deposits are all "illegal" and were still accepted.. and not for 2 weeks but for 7 months..
Casinos are rarely able to block bonuses that players activate themselves, therefore you as a player should inform yourself about the bonus and if you are eligible for it. I understand that ideally such bonuses should be blocked automatically, but not all casinos are able to do that on a software level. I would recommend that you stick with bonuses that are offered by the casino directly, or at least contact the casino and ask about the promo code before you activate it.
