I requested a withdrawal a week ago and still nothing.
Their chat will direct you to support email and never answer anything. Support email will continue to send generic apologies but still won't sort anything out. Even on a Trust Pilot and this forum they have people that jump in to respond to negative reviews to say 'sorry, blah blah blah, please email support to get sorted' but nothing will happen. Just the appearance of customer support but not any actual action.
I'm really surprised Casino Guru gives them such a high rating as they are clearly very sketchy.
