I made a BNB deposit to this casino. The transaction was confirmed in the blockchain. However they didn’t credit my account. After days of investigation, their tech team replied to me that the deposit was lost as the memo inserted was incorrect. However I didn’t write any memo in the transaction. To my surprise, their financial department then replied that the deposit was lost due to the absence of a memo or destination tag within the transaction information. I don’t know which department is telling the truth. It was not a lot of money involved, but I seriously doubt their technical expertise and professionalism.

I made deposits to this casino with BTC and USDT before, and there were no problems. My take is that they probably haven’t fully tested all supported cryptoes, and lost my deposit. Be careful when making deposits to this casino.

I’ve made deposits to this casino before with BTC and USDT, no memo was required, and there was no problem.


This time I made the deposit with BNB, the deposit was lost and the casino claims it can’t be recovered.
