I've been waiting more than 10 days for a withdrawal. 

I have to withdraw 10000 chf in total and I can only withdraw 500 chf per day or have a maximum of 3 withdrawals at the same time.


So I'm currently at 1500 chf of pending withdrawals for more than 10 days. And the casino is telling me to wait with only generic answers. Knowing that I have 8 withdrawals to make. I'm not going to wait 1 month before each withdrawal. I would like to be put in touch with a manager so that they can arrange my withdrawal. Because the support always answers the same thing and generically. 


I thank you for your help and if need be I can bring all the possible proofs.

I find that 2 weeks for 500 chf is already a lot and I still have to withdraw 9500 chf.

Update, I received the first 1500 chf after 15 days of waiting. However there are still 8500 chf to withdraw and if it's ok with you, can we keep this complaint active until the remaining 8500 chf has arrived on my account?
