Case summary

The player from Canada raised several issues with the Wild.io Casino, alleging unfair practices and misrepresentation of their licensing status. He had been unable to withdraw money and suspected that the casino was using false licenses and redirecting to non-authentic game URLs, which impacted the integrity of the games. The player requested a refund of $600 based on his total deposits. The issue was resolved by the Complaints Team, which confirmed that Wild.io was licensed in Curaçao but stated that they could not investigate technical issues related to game manipulation or software modification. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to a lack of evidence supporting the player's claims.

Hi there. I have been depositing into wild.io casino since earlier this year & have lost a decent amount of money with them especially when the crypto market was higher on doge, trx and litecoin compared to now. I have always had a feeling that this casino was doing something to do unfair play for me & when I would contact them about these issues & even show them evidence, they would respond with "we are proud to say we are a licensed casino with true RTG & the RTP is accurate" which they would end the conversation being less than helpful & I'd just have to accept my losses. But I have found that they actually aren't licensed by clicking on their license on their homepage that will say expired at the top when the license opens & are showing a fake license to us from a Antillephone website that uses a .com but if you try to go to the homepage of antillephone.com, the homepage is invalid using a .com. Antillephone.us & Antillephone.net is the current website on google that work & when you submit the 2 websites wild.io shows registered as www.wild.io and www.wildcasino.com, they are invalid licenses on antillephone.net as well as antillephone.us Also antillephone.net I believe is fake because if you click on the DMCA protected badge on the website at the bottom, it shows antillephone is a invalid license website on the DMCA protected website in the page preview which allows you to create a fake certificate to use & they have multiple things that have red X that isnt valid as well for that DMCA license. Also the antillephone complaints email they offer at the bottom for .com & .net doesnt work which is complaints@gaminglicences.com & also is different from the .us website which theirs is complaints@antillephone.us. I have been doing a lot of investigating on things that has happened to me, & I came across some information online that was helpful to be able to verify that my suspicions were true about this casino as well as others. I learned that you can check your developing tools for specific things to verify the casinos integrity as well as read/understand most of the coding/plugins that is being used in the casinos website and most of the coding information in there you might not understand in the beginning but with simple copy pasting into google, you can easily find out what you are seeing in the developing tools. First thing that is a red flag is they do not use the game developers authentic website url in the iframe and they redirect me to an alternative website which mostly was from soft swiss server website that is a purchased online casino software loaded with a bunch of free games for wildo.io to use as they want and they dont have to have the developer as a end point for malfunctions or errors. Instead what they do is create their own endpoint to recieve the errors from all the malicious coding, plugins, embedding, rendering & crashing they do to me to make me lose so that it looks like it is being reported to someone but realistically its not. This is also cheating out the providers by not sending us directly to their urls & paying for their services to play these games. Usually you can see in legit casinos on their developing tools all the specifications such as rtp & volatilities to verify but wildo.io does their best to hide these things by writing anonymous in place of them or use the word hidden as well. If they are legit, then they would have nothing to hide from us. If casino games from various providers are loaded from the same server which wild.io is doing, these gambling games are 100% fake. If a casino is using software that doesn't have the same server they are hosting from as the developers server, they may freely change important things like RTP, odds or volatility to misrepresent the featured activities which also make the games look bad & not wanting to be played by people which will hurt the game developers. Another thing is recently I was able to fully wager a weekly cashback reward & I went to withdraw which it stated only 40 doge minimum. I had 44 doge & tried to withdraw, but while i filled out the information they changed it to 51 doge which I have evidence of 40 doge minimum & them switching it to 51 doge refusing to change back when I contacted them, so that money remains in the account currently. I have contacted them asking for a full refund of all my deposits I have made with them and it came out to the amount of $600.69 USD even though I deposited alot more when crypto market was higher and doge was at 17 cents at the time as well as litecoin was over 100 dollars at the time too. I deposited 1.86 litecoin, 4630 doge and 88 trx. I will be providing multiple screenshots for evidence and if you need clarification on each one that im showing please ask. Thank you.

Side note: I cannot fit all screenshots in and could only provide you with the invalid license screenshots. I still have around 10-15 screenshots of evidence of other things I must show you as well once I can.

Dear trentongulley2,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with Wild.io Casino.

To assist you better and ensure we understand your situation fully, could you please clarify a few details:

  • Could you provide more information about the specific evidence you’ve gathered that indicates unfair play by the casino? It would be helpful if you could describe the situations where you believe the casino's actions were unfair.
  • For the withdrawal issue with your Dogecoin, could you clarify the exact sequence of events? For example, did you notice the change in the minimum withdrawal amount during your withdrawal attempt, or was it communicated to you by the casino afterward?
  • Could you confirm the total amount you are seeking to be refunded, considering the fluctuating value of cryptocurrencies at the time of your deposits? How did you calculate the $600.69 USD refund request?

If you have any relevant communication or additional evidence, please feel free to forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hello there Petronela. Sorry for the late reply its been a busy week for me. I hope all is well & thank you for willing to help me get these issues addressed. Yes I can provide you anything you are requesting.

To start off I will discuss the Doge issue. I was able to wager back the amount they requested I needed to complete in the weekly cash back they do. When I completed it, I had a remaining balance of 44 Doge. I already confirmed that their minimum was 40 doge to withdraw which it stated on their withdraw page that I have proof of & some time in between me clicking withdraw tab, getting my wallet address added to the link & trying to submit withdraw request they changed it to a minimum of 51 Doge. I found this out by getting denied my withdraw and in red coloring it was changed from minimum withdraw is 40 doge to must be greater than or equal to 51 Doge. Luckily I have been screen recording every encounter with wild.io & was able to get evidence of this. I reached out to customer service to let them know I caught them changing which at this point I had already accused them prior of not having valid license & calling them out on non authentic urls being used in iframe on developing tools which I told them if they didn't refund me I was going to report them for several things. They did not try to fix the issue but responded with they cannot discuss this issue in the online chat & to email which they abruptly ended the conversation asking me if I have any other questions as they here for me eager to help. A person named Randy finally emailed me back starting off with they are a licensed casino that is regulated & gives fair RTG with real RTP & also stated that I agreed to not come after them for any refunds as the money is gone as soon as it is wagered. I responded with yes I agreed to that originally when I thought they were actually licensed prior to finding out that they arent a valid licensed casino so the agreement is null & that I would continue with requesting a refund which I let them know I already filed a complaint that they can respond to now instead as I was done trying to reason with them & would get a mediator involved since they dont want to work out a deal between us privately.

For the evidence you are requesting of unfair play it was just a few things that concerned me which is they didnt allow me to do sports bets as any sports bets I tried to make were given a error. I was given errors for not making high enough bets in some slot games that gave me a option to make those low bets & then my bet amount wasnt returned to me even after refreshing the browser. Live play I was only able to play certain games as some gave me error messages & the ones I did play had odd developing tool codes that made it sound like there was unfair play being done from the plugins and codes they were using that was labeled. Clicking on each one & reading the description they hide alot of it with it stating anonymous or hidden in certain areas. A lot of the description it will start off being some what able to understand but then they start using certain coding to mask up things & it becomes difficult where you cant understand what is being said. All my winnings resulted in equal or lesser value of my initial bet, so that surely my balance will be lost over time. There is never any winning bets that returned to me a respectful amount of winnings including in my 2 most recent deposits amount I did of 120 dollars total while wagering it to allow me to be eligible to withdraw. By the time I had wagered down the 120 dollars total 1 time which is the required amount needing to withdraw, I had just over 13 dollars in doge which I had issues withdrawing that too & they gave me a hard time in the online chat even joking about me not having enough for withdraw but finally I was able to withdraw it for that amount just over 13 dollars.

For the amount I am requesting it was the total sum of deposits I have made here all together & that was during the current crypto market value at the time when I looked up doge, litecoin & trx. I dont know the amount now as im sure it has changed since but I will also provide you my deposits I have made here as well. All the screen shots I will send to your email you gave me including what I spoke about earlier in my message.

The main thing is they are definitely not showing us a real license in their validator that shows a .com in the url and they snipped antillephone logo to cover up the invalid logo as well as to show valid in general but when you click their license it instantly says expired & to refresh to check but repeats the same message. You will not find a antillephone.com url as it will show a broken url but you can find one using .net or .us I believe .us is the actual url and .net is a fake url though. You can see the complaint link is different at the bottom between the 2 and .net has something odd about the website in general. But neither validate wild.io for a license.

Hello Petronela,

Just wanted to add in a update. They have since removed the antillephone logo license from the bottom of their casino website to cover up the evidence I was stating about it being not being valid and to also hide the snipped phrasing in the url for their information on their link they were redirecting us to. Now it doesnt show them using .com anymore and they only state they are licensed by antillephone but show no link for validation. You already recieved some of my screen shots in my first message I opened a complaint with but i will send it again just incase you didnt see it.

Hi trentongulley2,

Here’s a summary of the key points you've raised:

  1. Unfair Play and Losses: You’ve experienced significant losses and suspect unfair play. Customer support has been unhelpful in addressing your concerns.
  2. License Issues: You discovered that the casino’s license is expired and invalid. You found discrepancies in the licensing information and encountered non-functional complaint emails.
  3. Technical Problems: The casino's website uses questionable URLs and hides important game details, which raises concerns about game fairness.
  4. Withdrawal Problems: You faced issues with a withdrawal amount increase and difficulties in withdrawing funds, which you believe were manipulated unfairly.
  5. Refund Request: You are seeking a refund of your deposits totaling $600.69 USD and have provided evidence, including screenshots, of the issues you've encountered.
  6. Recent Changes: The casino has removed the invalid Antillephone license logo from their site, further adding to your concerns.

Please review the following article for details on recent changes affecting casinos with Curacao licences. The Gaming Control Board (GCB) has announced that master licences held by several entities will not be extended. Below are the expiration dates for the current master licence holders:

  • Gaming Services Provider NV: 18th August 2024
  • Cyberluck Curaçao NV: 1st October 2024
  • Antillephone NV: 28th November 2024
  • C.I.L. Curaçao Interactive Licensing NV: 31st January 2025

Operators with expiring licences who have submitted a complete application for a direct licence but have not yet received a decision can obtain a temporary 'Orange Digital Seal' to continue operations while their application is reviewed. Once they receive a direct licence, they will be granted a 'Green Digital Seal.'

I hope this clarifies the current situation regarding casino licences.

You're not even acknowledging anything I showed you on the urls or spent hours investigating in the screenshots I sent to your email. I told you they are using a .com url validator for antillephone. Antillephone doesn't even have a .com website and the link is broken when you type it. The .net they fabricated the fake license from is from a validator in 2018 which can be seen in all the evidence I showed you. The real validator is a .us website and shows wild.io as invalid license from the 2 urls wild.io submitted on their fake license with a .com validator. Antillephone has a website that shows a list of all the casinos they license. Wild.io is not on that list. Here is the url

https://antillephone-nv-casinos.com

They are not a licensed casino in this list shown by antillephone nv casinos. If they were licensed and covered until November 28th 2024 they would be shown on that website. The information you just provided does not help. I want to see proof from antillephone.us personally saying they license wild.io. Why haven't you had wild.io come in here and explain things themselves instead of trying to help them and defend by giving me some information that isn't creditable. Where is the actual proof of them signing a license with antillephone.us and where is the actual proof of antillephone.us claiming them as one of their clients. I don't want to see information from antillephone.net or antillephone.com. Antillephone.com is fake and antillephone.net is not licensed since 2018. I already contacted antillephone.us for information.

Also you didn't even say anything about them changing the withdraw amount on me which I showed and totally ignored it. Is there anyway to post my screenshots on this complaint so the public can view them since apparently my emailed screen shots are not being seen properly.

Here is the actual validator. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong by typing in www.wild.io or www.wildcasino.com to show me a valid license for wild.io I bet you cant.

Hi trentongulley2,

We will double-check the licensing issue. However, please note that at Casino.Guru, we do not handle complaints related to licensing regulations and policies. While I understand your perspective, we are not in a position to provide assistance with these matters. Our role is to serve as an independent online casino database and act as a mediator in resolving player disputes. We do not have the authority to enforce legal regulations.

Regarding the casino changing the withdrawal limits, this may have been influenced by fluctuations in the exchange rate of the DOGE cryptocurrency. If the minimum withdrawal limit was initially set at 40 DOGE and then increased to 51 DOGE, the difference reflects an equivalent of $1.05 based on the current exchange rate.

filefile

To summarize, we will investigate the licensing issue. However, as mentioned earlier, if your request for a refund of lost deposits is solely based on a fake or missing license, there is not much we can do. If it is confirmed that the casino operates under a fake license, we will lower the casino’s rating on our website, but unfortunately, we will not be able to recover your lost deposits.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Hi.

I didn't soley focus on just a fake license. I showed you proof that they are playing my games on non authentic game developer urls in the iframe of developing tools. They are creating fake errors in the console section of developing tools which then give off an impression that they are trying to find the best solution for me to play which is by directing me to a alternative website mostly soft swiss that provides 1000s of games for online casino operators to use on their websites that have no connection to any game developer & essentially is just a server offering free demo games that can easily be modified with malicious coding, plugins, rendering as an example. If you want to confirm that they are not doing anything wrong & giving me fair play, I can contact a a few actual game developers directly & show them the screenshots of the iframe for their gaming to see if they confirm or deny its legit? Soft swiss access end points for these games are never transmitted to the actual game developer to avoid being caught doing illegal modifying of games & for them to avoid paying the developers to use their games as well. I'm almost sure that most of the game developers don't have any idea of my gameplay with wild.io which they should should have recorded history of my play if they actually use their iframe urls. Another reason I think why wild.io restricts certain games on bonus play is that they cant modify the game play for them yet & force us to play potential modified games they already know how to manipulate. Only a few developers are aware of this like pragmatic play who are restricted in certain countries in the past for concerning issues they have done & last I saw was that they have a sign in portal for their paying casino operators to get such information to use on their newest games to allow modifying games but i don't have access to confirm. I think now the next thing is you need to call on wild.io to explain their licensing information here they claim to have while seeing the proof I sent you says otherwise about them not being licensed. I think they should also be requested to show some type of connection to the game developers they use on their website like a confirmation email or screenshot of them individually speaking to the developers & not just them claiming they are legit. Or simply contacting the actual game developers I have screenshots of their game I played with & showing them developing tool info can answer these issues too. So with that said, my complaint here is much more than just on their invalid licensing I suspect them of having but with software manipulation of games that is one of the reasons im asking for a refund & them providing false terms and conditions/casino information stating that they are regulated to give fair gaming to us which can't be proved I'm sure of. Antillephone.us never responded to me when I asked them if wild.io is licensed under them even though they aren't one of the several casinos listed on antillephones website of casinos they do license on the url link i gave in my last message. They are just a rogue casino with no license claiming to be regulated in carucao country by their government regulators who currently state that at this time they are working to eventually make casinos be regulated but have no control of them now at this moment when you try to file a complaint to them on their website in the complaint form. So basically any casino who operates out of Carcauco country is not regulated even if they supposedly have a license holder. It's just a front to make people feel like they are legit hearing about a license but in reality the regulators of this country will do nothing about it & surely won't do anything about it because I guarantee they are somehow benefiting from not regulating these casinos and people will still play at those casinos even if they state they don't regulate them which they do currently on their website complaint form. Also I already tried to contact other companies you compete with like askgambler for example on this particular issue and they rejected my complaint emailing me personally stating that this type of thing is out of their control & that I need to contact the regulator of Carcauco casinos to handle this matter which currently is not regulating any casino. I believe they don't want to get involved with issue since they give a good review of wild.io & are protecting them surely for a fee they pay to them. Most of these websites do same thing by helping protect these rogue casinos for a fee & people will trust their word even though its not the truth. Crypto gambling is a scam to be honest because crypto isn't a regulated legal currency yet & perfect for scaming people while not having a way to be forced to refund people like you are stating you cant force them to refund me or give a way to have chargebacks from banks which protects the casino & can essentially disappear with no issues using crypto only.

Hi trentongulley2,

You’ve raised concerns that go beyond the issue of a fake license, alleging that Wild.io is manipulating games through non-authentic URLs and modifying gameplay via iframe tools, which mislead you into playing on alternative platforms like SoftSwiss. You also suspect the casino is using unauthorized versions of games and suggest contacting the game developers to verify this.

Additionally, you mentioned concerns about Wild.io's licensing claims, saying your inquiry to Antillephone.us went unanswered. However, we are aware that https://antillephone.us is not a legitimate source, but Wild.io is indeed licensed in Curaçao, even if you believe otherwise.

While we understand your concerns, we don’t have the resources to investigate such technical issues, like game manipulation or software modification. We recommend that you contact the licensing authority directly, as they are in a better position to address your claims.

I wish I could be of more help. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. For the abovementioned reasons, I will now reject this complaint.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Petronela
