I have been waiting on my withdrawl since 14th of october.

This is ridiculous and very frustrating.

They have just send me one withdrawl of 5000nok which is around 400€ in almost 5 months.

I dont understand how they can have such good rating here.

They dont even pay out one in month.

I am very dissapointed and frustrated of their behaviour if you request withdrawls.

Imagine if I could deposit on credit then keep playing and loosing money then just not pay my debt.

How would this be any diffrent from what they are doing on purpose.

It was such long time since i played so i dont remember the details.

But yes my account is already verified and i have recieved only 1 payment so far since october last year.

Everytime i speak to their live support its the same message.

Almost like they just dont care about your withdrawls.

Please contact the casino and ask the reason for this behavior.

How is it possible for them to have a rating of 9.8 here at casino.guru?

It is also written that they pay out 5000kr a day and 70.000kr per month.

I have recieved 5000kr since october last year and my account has been verified long time ago.

The information and their rating is very missleading.

Please be informed that initial withdrawals from October were delayed as the account was subject to verification prior to any withdrawals. The account was in fact verified only on 04.12.2024. Since then, several withdrawals have been processed, and we see that there is currently one more pending. Rest assured that we will process it with the highest priority. We would also like to remind the customer that they can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at the same time.

maybe it is possible to request multiple withdrawals, but if it is only paid out one in quarter what is the point?

Ohmyspins are doing this on purpose in hope that costumers will cancel their withdrawals and gamble it away.

They are playing dirty tricks and they know this.

At any rate, I would definitely go for the three withdrawals. If the casino decides to speed up the process as promised, it is better to have the limit full. If not, at least the requests would be in the que, getting processed a bit faster. Overall, you have nothing to lose at this point by requesting the three withdrawals.

Please, let me know once the requests have been made, and I will swap the timer towards the casino again. If you get paid in the meantime, please do not hesitate to update us here, so we can keep track of what is happening.

Seems odd. Please, what kind of withdrawal method are you using? Also, before re-submitting the withdrawal request - could you check with the payment provider first, whether it is not them who refused the transaction? It happens sometimes, so it's good to make sure.

I really suggest you guys at casino.guru to look at their behaviour and then explain their rating.

To be fair, so far we had only good experience with this casino. All the complaints gets either resolved, or the player stops responding - which most likely means they got what they needed and left. And they have been very accommodating in different areas regarding fair gambling as well. I will try to contact somebody above the support team, to see if they can give us some insight.

However, the iGaming conference in Dubai has just ended, and many casino representatives are travelling right now. I have seen some delays in replies already (in different complaints), so I would like to ask you for a bit more patience.

In the meantime, if the Ohmyspins team could throw in some details as of why this withdrawal takes longer than the stipulated 3 working days, that would be much appreciated. In case of sensitive information, any and all proof can be sent to me directly at matej.l@casino.guru.
